Job Description
We are an active U.S.-based real estate investment operator seeking an experienced private money capital strategist who can both advise AND actively connect us with qualified private investors, including international lenders. Our focus is buy & hold assets, BRRRR strategy, and future land development projects.
This is NOT a junior administrative role — we are looking for someone with direct capital-raising experience and a proven record of structuring private money loan partnerships (debt, not equity) for U.S. real estate transactions.
