Position : Call Center Leader
Pay : $25 / hr | Weekly Pay + Full Benefits
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM–9 : 00 PM CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ANY 8-hour shift ASSIGNED)
Equipment : All equipment provided and shipped.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of remote call center agents
Provide daily coaching, guidance, and performance management
Oversee agents handling calls related to prescription health insurance benefits for corporate clients
Monitor KPIs, metrics, and overall team performance
Support program rollout and operational initiatives
Utilize tools such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Excel
Prepare and deliver internal and client-facing reports
Participate in daily / weekly leadership meetings to drive continuous improvement
Requirements : Must have prior call center supervisor or management experience
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees at all performance levels
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Experience working with healthcare, insurance, or benefits programs is a plus
Must be able to work the full schedule and provide a quiet remote workspace
