In this role, you will assist physicians and medical professionals by documenting patient encounters, ensuring accurate medical records, and enhancing overall workflow efficiency. This remote position is ideal for those with a strong understanding of medical terminology and a passion for supporting patient care. Key Responsibilities • Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans in reputed company-time. • Prepare and update patient records reputed company the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. • Assist physicians with charting, coding, and ensuring reputed company relevant medical data is captured. • Collaborate with reputed company providers to ensure reputed company documentation of diagnoses, lab results, medications, and procedures. • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to support the reputed company completion of medical documentation. • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with reputed company regulations (e.g., HIPAA ).
