Veterinary Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and drive strategic recruitment initiatives across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment Leadership
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions across diverse functional areas
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and relationship development
Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, coordinate interview processes, and drive hiring decisions
Foster positive candidate relationships throughout the entire recruitment journey
Strategic Business Partnership
Act as trusted recruitment consultant and advisor to business leaders on talent acquisition needs
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to execute targeted recruitment strategies
Provide market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive analysis to inform hiring decisions
Influence and guide offer decisions through data-driven candidate assessments
Campus and Diversity Recruitment
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top campus talent
Lead planning and execution of cross-functional diversity recruiting events and initiatives
Partner with diversity organizations and underrepresented communities to expand candidate pools
Drive achievement of diversity hiring goals through strategic outreach and inclusive practices
Candidate Experience Excellence
Ensure exceptional candidate experience from initial application through onboarding
Manage timely communications, offer processes, and candidate feedback loops
Lead comprehensive candidate debriefs with interview teams and stakeholders
Maintain high standards for candidate engagement and relationship management
Systems and Process Management
Maintain data integrity and best practices within Greenhouse ATS platform
Update and manage team tracking systems, reports, and key performance metrics
Provide regular, comprehensive updates to business partners and leadership stakeholders
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Minimum 1+ year of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
Corporate or agency recruitment background welcomed
Core Competencies
Proven ability to build consultative, influential relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Experience recruiting from underrepresented populations and partnering with diversity organizations
Strong results orientation with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Multi-channel sourcing expertise across web, social, and professional networks
Work Environment
Remote position with flexibility to work across all US time zones
Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-urgency environment with “can do” attitude
Strong time management and prioritization capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Veterinary or veterinary technician recruiting experience highly valued
Experience with campus recruiting programs and university partnerships
Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $53/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
