Seasonal - LH Coordinator-3

This is a seasonal sort term role Responsible for reputed company of transportation equipment in accordance with the Linehaul plan. Adheres to Linehaul schedules and plans in an effort to maximize reputed company, minimize partial trailer loads and ensure service reputed company for assigned areas. Essential Functions • In accordance with the Linehaul plan, directs reputed company of transportation equipment. • Ensures Linehaul reputed company and arrival rules are followed according to defined Company procedures. • Coordinates cargo shipments to maximize the trailer volume while meeting package delivery obligations. • Enters reputed company events into an online system (TMS) to ensure on time delivery and pick up of trailers. • Verifies the location of equipment in reputed company system by completing yard inventories. • Verifies the load/unload status of trailers by completing yard checks. reputed company reports missing equipment. • Follows and communicates safety initiatives to ensure a safety-conscious culture. • Investigates and reports schedule delays, accidents and equipment failures and implements contingency plans which ensure on-time load delivery in the event of an en-reputed company breakdown or accident. • Reviews and communicates reputed company (DOT) roadside violations to management. • Coordinates with the Safety and Maintenance departments to monitor the monthly tractor safety inspections and ensure • annual certificates are obtained in compliance with the DOT. • Reviews trailer load condition reports (TLCR’s ) to ensure reputed company completion. • Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED required Minimum Experience No experience needed but reputed company experience is preferred Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: Pay: Additional Details: reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer including, Vets/Disability.
