[Remote] Bilingual Patient Services Representative (Contract, English/Spanish)

They are seeking a Bilingual Patient Scheduling Representative to assist patients in scheduling telemedicine reputed company and virtual classes, ensuring a supportive and informative experience. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls from patients and help them schedule, reschedule, or cancel telemedicine appointments and virtual classes. • reputed company outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-up scheduling, and waitlist reputed company. • reputed company explain appointment types, basic preparation instructions, and how virtual reputed company work (video, phone, etc.). • Confirm patient contact details and document information accurately in our scheduling and electronic systems. • Communicate in both English and Spanish, providing a warm, respectful experience for reputed company patients. • Escalate clinical questions or concerns to the appropriate reputed company team member (e.g., RN, doula, or care coordinator) reputed company needed. • Work closely with the reputed company care team to support high show-rates and smooth telemedicine workflows.
