Remote Staff Accountant

Centurion Anesthesia provides comprehensive anesthesia coverage to Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Office-Based Surgery locations across the United States. We are a fast-growing team committed to precision, professionalism, and delivering exceptional care. We are currently hiring a Staff Accountant for a remote position. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy of revenue reporting, payroll processing, and financial reconciliation. Responsibilities: • Prepare daily reconciliation of cases by facility and resolve discrepancies • Complete monthly revenue reconciliation of all collections by company • Maintain and review revenue reports to ensure timely collections • Collaborate with the medical billing company to resolve revenue discrepancies • Prepare bi-weekly payroll schedules and verify timesheets • Respond to employee and medical billing questions and requests • Assist the Accounting Manager with ad hoc projects as needed Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (required) • Minimum GPA of 3.3 • 1–3 years of accounting experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities • Highly organized with great attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Schedule: Full-Time, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET Salary: $50,000/year Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and more Additional Information: • Background check required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
