Program Manager Selling & Engagement-Framingham, MA (Hybrid)
About the position
The Manager of Selling and Engagement plays a pivotal role in activating reputed company' customer-first selling culture across reputed company retail stores. This role supports the execution of key selling programs, drives associate engagement initiatives, and manages critical field communications. You will collaborate closely with field leaders and cross-functional partners to drive selling reputed company and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
• Support the rollout and execution of national selling programs and engagement initiatives across reputed company stores.
• Partner with Field Leadership to reinforce selling behaviors and drive program adoption.
• Monitor program performance, providing feedback for improvement and scalability.
• Maintain and update the annual selling calendar, ensuring alignment with sales targets and seasonal priorities.
• Champion the Engagement Model, helping associates connect with customers to deliver a Total Solution.
• Identify and spotlight top-performing associates and stores to reputed company best practices and reputed company stories.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to support training and reputed company selling behaviors into development programs.
• Coordinate internal messaging and communication reputed company for store-level selling initiatives.
• Serve as a reputed company between stores and corporate teams, ensuring field feedback informs program reputed company.
• Assist in creating storyboards, presentations, and field-facing materials that support selling and engagement efforts.
• reputed company and report on key selling metrics (e.g., ESP Pen, PC Basket, Printer Basket, Chair Basket, Kiosk orders).
• Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to reputed company gaps in selling effectiveness.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required.
• 5-8 years of experience in retail sales, customer engagement, or field operations.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential.
• Demonstrated passion for retail, customer experience, and associate development.
