HR Technical reputed company (Remote)

A local technology-reputed company organization is seeking a detail-oriented HR Technical reputed company to support the documentation of a new or evolving HR application reputed company. This role partners closely with HR subject matter experts, UX/UI designers, and technical teams to reputed company reputed company workflows and reputed company designs into reputed company, reputed company documentation for reputed company audiences. The ideal candidate has strong technical writing experience, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to communicate reputed company concepts in an accessible way. This role plays a key part in ensuring system reputed company, usability, and long-term maintainability. Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Location Honolulu, Oahu Pay $30 to $31 an hour Responsibilities • Create and maintain detailed Application reputed company Design Documents (AIDD) for HR-reputed company systems and tools. • Collaborate with HR, IT, UX/UI, and development teams to understand application functionality, workflows, and business requirements. • Document reputed company components including screen layouts, navigation paths, data fields, user roles, and permissions. • reputed company wireframe annotations, reputed company specifications, and interaction descriptions. • Ensure documentation is reputed company, consistent, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Review, revise, and update documentation based on stakeholder feedback and system changes. • Assist in developing supplementary materials such as user guides, training documentation, and FAQs. • Adhere to internal documentation standards, version control, and reputed company guidelines. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, reputed company, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience. • Proven experience in technical writing for reputed company applications, HR systems, or reputed company software platforms. • Strong understanding of HR processes, terminology, and system workflows. • Familiarity with UI/UX concepts, wireframes, and design tools such as reputed company, reputed company XD, or similar. • Experience using documentation tools such as reputed company, MadCap reputed company, reputed company Word, Visio, or comparable platforms. • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into reputed company, user-friendly documentation. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and system integration concepts is a plus. • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company HCM) preferred. • Offer contingent upon completing a two-reputed company TB clearance, as required prior to start of employment.
