UI/UX Designer - Prototyping

We're Hiring: Part-Time Graphic & UI/UX Designer (Contract) We’re looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our remote team on a part-time contract basis. This role is UI/UX–heavy and best suited for someone who is highly comfortable prototyping complex flows and working within established design systems in Figma. We’re a collaborative, friendly group of designers specializing in websites and apps. You’ll work closely with our project manager and internal team to improve existing experiences and design thoughtful, scalable interfaces. There is strong potential for this role to grow into more consistent hours or a full-time position as our workload continues to expand. What You’ll Do: • Design and iterate on user-centered interfaces for web and app products • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma • Work within and help maintain complex design systems • Collaborate closely with the project manager and design team • Apply strong attention to detail to ensure polished, production-ready designs • Translate requirements into clear, intuitive UX solutions What We're Looking For: • trong proficiency in Figma (advanced prototyping required) • Experience designing complex user flows and scalable UI systems • Extremely detail-oriented with a strong UI-focused design background • Solid understanding of UX best practices and interaction design • Clear communicator who collaborates well in a remote team • Availability during core hours: 9 AM – 4 PM CST More details will be shared with selected candidates.
