**Key Responsibilities**
As a Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality customer support documentation that educates new users on our SaaS platform. Your primary duties will include:
* Developing clear and concise documentation in Microsoft Word format, including user guides, tutorials, and FAQs
* Conducting research to stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionality of our platform
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency
* Reviewing and revising existing documentation to ensure it remains relevant and effective
* Creating and maintaining documentation templates and styles to ensure consistency across all content
* Providing training and support to internal stakeholders on documentation best practices and procedures
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in documentation and content creation
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in creating customer support documentation, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment
