**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts)
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service
* Great attendance and punctuality, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and schedules
* Excellent computer navigation skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35-40 WPM
* Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
* Openness to working overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
* Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Adherence to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues
**Technical Requirements**
For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are:
* Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
* Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
* Speed test results: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload
**Camera Requirements**
Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).

**Paid Training Start Date**
Paid training will commence on Tuesday, September 15, 2025, and will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Hours may be adjusted during training.

Following training, the hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
