Assistant Store Manager - Retail Apparel & Fashion

Sales & Business Performance</strong></p><ul><li>Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives.</li><li>Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement action plans to address gaps.</li><li>Assist in executing sales promotions and campaigns to maximize revenue.</li><li>Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to enhance selling skills and customer engagement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Team Leadership & Development</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in supervising, motivating, and developing store staff.</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.</li><li>Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.</li><li>Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to retain high-performing staff</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. Customer Service & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.</li><li>Maintain store standards that enhance the customer shopping experience.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4. Store Operations & Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory management.</li><li>Ensure accurate cash reconciliation, stock counts, and reporting.</li><li>Maintain compliance with Sharaf Retail and Cotton On policies, including health and safety standards.</li><li>Assist in implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure store layout, displays, and merchandising align with Cotton On visual guidelines.</li><li>Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and presentation of merchandise.</li><li>Support store audits and action plans to maintain standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>6. Reporting & Administration</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and submit operational reports, sales data, and performance summaries as required.</li><li>Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and documentation.</li></ul><p></p>
