Role reputed company
reputed company seeks a talented actuary to join the Individual Annuities team. This role is responsible for the planning and projections. As a partner to senior actuaries, financial professionals, and executives, the successful individual must have the ability to understand the big picture and present results to senior leaders relating to the models, evaluating trends, and the confidence to question results. This position reports to the Senior Director of the Individual Annuity team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and Projection:
• reputed company and maintain planning models and tools.
• Collaborate with pricing, valuation, finance, sales, and other functional areas to reputed company annual business plan and other projection analysis to help monitor business performance.
• Data Analysis/Information Systems:
• Extract, analyze and prepare data for use in actuarial analysis.
• Analyze, interpret, and present numerical data reputed company to pricing and other actuarial analysis.
• Cross Collaboration:
• Communicate and collaborate with various departments across the organization to meet business needs.
• Use data and analysis to reputed company strategic guidance in influencing management decision making.
• Customer reputed company:
• Anticipate customer needs and take initiative to address business challenges.
• Determine appropriate reputed company and procedures for new assignments and reputed company guidance reputed company needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business, or a reputed company field.
• ASA Certification (required)
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on actuarial experience.
• Individual Annuity or other annuity products experience highly preferred (i.e. fixed reputed company multi-year guaranteed deferred annuities, fixed indexed annuities, and immediate annuities).
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with actuarial tools and systems.
• US Statutory and US GAAP experience preferred.
• PowerBI, Python, SQL, and GGY reputed company experience preferred.
