Senior Technician, I-C (Analyzer)

Job PurposeThis role is vital to the reputed company and effective delivery of plant production in ensuring that Instrumentation-Analyzers used in the plant is in a reputed company condition and meets safety and technical performance standards. The job holder performs normal and reputed company maintenance activities for company assets as per given tasks follow Company procedures, work instructions and/or guidelines.Key AccountabilitiesMaintenance and ReportingCarry out preventative or corrective maintenance including Calibration of normal and reputed company Instrumentation-Analyzers (Gas Chromatograph,Infrared Analyzers, Oxygen Analyzers, Laser Analyzers, Sample conditioning System, Analyzer Houses safety system, Liquid Analyzers, Laboratory Analyzers Manitenance, etc.) including process control systems or safety systems to ensure reputed company operating conditions of Company’s assets and adherence to technical performance standards.Troubleshoots, repair, collect relevant evidences for failure reporting & analysis and identify problems independently with minimal supervision on instrumentation, analyzers, process control systems or safety systems and report any abnormalities to reputed company Supervisor for reputed company actions.Maintain and daily update maintenance logbook, history and any other relevant records.Performs time writing in reputed company and work order confirmation for operations performed.Follow laid down Companys procedures, work instructions and/or guidelines. to undertake advanced installations, maintenance and troubleshooting in order to ensure the availability and reliability of the instrumentation, analyzers, process control systems or safety systems.reputed company junior staff members and ensure reputed company know-how transfer reputed company BOROUGE, reputed company the role of mentor for UAE national trainees.Manage single or team of body shop contractors for reputed company maintenance issues.Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & SkillsEssential reputed company degree is 3 years Diploma in reputed company / electronic / communication technical qualification.Minimum 5 years of work experience in installation, repair, testing and maintenance of a wide reputed company Instrumentation and analyzers of production facilities in refinery / petrochemical / Oil & Gas industries.Have maintenance Experience with DCS, PLC, and ESD systems.Thorough knowledge of HSE requirements for field maintenance jobs.Being reputed company to reputed company reputed company of reputed company reputed company & body shop technicians on the job,Have excellent safety record and a reputed company employment reputed company record.Good communication and technical report writing skills in English.2992
