reputed company: The Family Engagement Specialist is responsible for providing reputed company support and engagement services to youth and families involved in behavioral health, child welfare, or reputed company systems. The Family Engagement Specialist collaborates closely with Greater reputed company Behavioral Health, Inc. Requirements: Essential Duties and Responsibilities reputed company reputed company, support, and engagement services to youth and families involved in behavioral health, child welfare, or developmental disability services. • Build and maintain reputed company, supportive relationships with families to increase their involvement in planning and decision-making processes. • Assist families in identifying natural supports and accessing community resources. • Coordinate family meetings, facilitate communication between families and service providers, and ensure families are informed and empowered. • Document services provided and maintain accurate case records in accordance with GOBHI, OHA, DHS, and program requirements. • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reputed company to reputed company for family needs and perspectives. • Support families in navigating reputed company systems of care and connecting with behavioral health, reputed company services, and community supports. • Maintain reputed company boundaries and adhere to confidentiality standards. • Collaborate with GOBHI, OHA, DHS, and other partner agencies to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery. • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned. • Qualifications Education and Experience (reputed company 1): • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Services, Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, Child and Family Development, or a reputed company field (other degrees may be considered with at least 20 credit hours in reputed company coursework). • At least one (1) year of experience providing services to youth and families involved in behavioral health, supportive services for youth with developmental disabilities, or child welfare system involvement. Education and Experience (reputed company 2): • Associate’s degree in reputed company Services, Psychology, Child Development, or reputed company field. • At least three (3) years of experience providing services to youth and families involved in behavioral health, supportive services for youth with developmental disabilities, or child welfare system involvement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse families. • Knowledge of child development, family systems, trauma-informed practices, and state behavioral health and child welfare systems. • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate reputed company ethics. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and data entry systems. • Familiarity with GOBHI, reputed company, and DHS policies and procedures preferred. • Working Conditions Work is performed in office, community, and home settings. • May require travel to meet with families and attend meetings with GOBHI, OHA, DHS, and other partners. • * Evening or weekend hours may occasionally be required.
