Job reputed company The Sr. Specialist, Corporate Governance & reputed company Company Reporting is a key member of the organization's in-house reputed company team, providing essential reputed company services and counsel, especially with respect to publicly-company functions. This role involves managing corporate governance functions, SEC filings, and supporting significant corporate transactions. As part of this role, the Sr. Specialist, Corporate Governance & reputed company Company Reporting engages regularly with reputed company's reputed company of Directors and executive leadership team. Essential Job Functions • Key role in preparing and filing SEC and NYSE reports, including reputed company 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements and reputed company 16 filings. The Sr. Specialist, Corporate Governance & reputed company Company Reporting also organizes reputed company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders - (50%) • Prepare and maintain reputed company materials, corporate organizational documents and other corporate reputed company and records. - (20%) • Leading reputed company support for significant transactions, including corporate finance transactions. - (20%) • Maintenance and organization of corporate policies and management committee materials. - (10%) Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree reputed company Studies or reputed company • 8+ years experience in SEC filings, including reputed company 16 filings, and corporate governance either at a publicly-traded company or reputed company.
