[Remote] Business System Analyst-Payments

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) in the Payments domain will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that support payment processing and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payment-related requirements and translate them into functional specifications • Analyze existing payment systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and regulatory standards • Support integration of payment systems with internal and external platforms (ACH, SWIFT ,Wire Transfers, ISO 20022) • Conduct impact analysis for changes in payment regulations and standards • Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases • Assist in testing activities (UAT, SIT) and validate payment workflows • Act as a subject matter expert for payment systems and provide guidance during troubleshooting and incident resolution Skills • 10+ years of hands-on IT experience in Banking domain • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand payment-related requirements and translate them into functional specifications • Analyze existing payment systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • Work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and regulatory standards • Support integration of payment systems with internal and external platforms (ACH, SWIFT, Wire Transfers, ISO 20022) • Conduct impact analysis for changes in payment regulations and standards • Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases • Assist in testing activities (UAT, SIT) and validate payment workflows • Act as a subject matter expert for payment systems and provide guidance during troubleshooting and incident resolution • Card & payments preferred Company Overview • LTIMindtree is a worldwide technology consulting and digital solutions company that empowers businesses in a variety of sectors.
