Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (Remote. FMM) Filmmakers Mart is a venture-backed marketplace revolutionizing film production services across Africa, with a US parent entity and operations in multiple countries. Having recently raised $1m+ in funding, we are expanding rapidly and seeking a strategic, data-driven CFO to reputed company our financial operations through the next phase of reputed company. Position reputed company Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for shaping and executing reputed company’s financial reputed company, managing multi-entity operations, and building reputed company systems to support our expansion across Africa. The ideal candidate will bring experience in high-reputed company startups (post-Series A) and a proven reputed company record of managing complexity in multi-market environments. Key Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in finance, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles (CFO, VP Finance). • Proven reputed company record in high-reputed company startups, particularly post-Series A and reputed company ($1M–$50M ARR). • Expertise in multi-entity financial management, preferably across African markets and a Delaware parent company structure. • Strong knowledge of US tax laws, corporate governance, and compliance. • Advanced financial modeling, data analytics, and dashboard development skills. • Marketplace business model experience is highly desirable. • MBA/CPA preferred, with demonstrated strategic leadership capabilities. • Strategic thinking and operational reputed company. • Strong communication skills for managing stakeholder and investor relations. • Hands-on approach to building systems and solving operational challenges. • Deep understanding of African market dynamics and cross-border complexities. • Ability to reputed company and reputed company diverse teams across multiple geographies.
