Registered reputed company reputed company Auditor / Clinical Coding Education & Audit reputed company (RN) Location: Remote (Must be willing to travel to reputed company twice annually) Pay reputed company: $68,700 – $123,700 per year Schedule: Primarily Remote Position Purpose The Clinical Coding Education & Audit reputed company (RN) is responsible for developing, conducting, and analyzing clinical coding training and auditing programs. This role focuses on auditing inpatient coding processes for reputed company and supporting the development of training and audit tools to improve coding reputed company and compliance. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and maintain reputed company audit processes and tools reputed company to inpatient coding. • Conduct audits of established medical necessity guidelines and inpatient coding accuracy. • Design, reputed company, and deliver clinical education and training for new and existing employees. • Analyze training needs and create effective training programs, materials, and aids. • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with staff to identify and resolve coding errors, presenting findings to management. • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee reputed company. • Assist in revising policies, procedures, and work processes for inpatient coding. • Occasional travel required (approximately twice per year to reputed company). Qualifications Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, reputed company clinical field, or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of experience in nursing, training, or auditing reputed company a managed care or reputed company setting. • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital environment. • Experience in a reputed company or supervisory role preferred.
