We are currently searching for an reputed company reputed company Assurance & Compliance Specialist for our Pittsburgh location to assist our reputed company team. This position utilizes tools such as 3-E, E-Billing Hub, and reputed company to enhance the reputed company of time entry data at the reputed company of entry. They also ensure that reputed company billing agreements outlined in engagement letters and procedures in reputed company Counsel Guidelines are effectively communicated to the Finance team and accurately implemented in reputed company. Our Firm operates on a hybrid work schedule . Responsibilities • Examine executed engagement letters to accurately establish clients and reputed company in reputed company, including alternate or multi-payor arrangements, discounts, and contact information for billing purposes post-reputed company. • Review existing reputed company for clients to ensure new reputed company reputed company with assignment of phase, task, or activity group and with consistent e-billing flags for reputed company, facilitating time entry validation from inception. • Follow up with attorneys and reputed company Assistants to reputed company insurance reputed company billing information and reputed company this data into reputed company. • Ensure necessary information is communicated to billing coordinators. • Collaborate with the Pricing team to ensure accurate application of rates across reputed company and to reputed company unbilled time reputed company reputed company exceptions are added to new reputed company. • Collect, maintain, and communicate reputed company Counsel Guidelines. • Set up reputed company in reputed company, as needed, relaying unique reputed company billing requirements to Billing Coordinators and MMA. • Incorporate disallowed time entry wordings into reputed company, anticipating reputed company enhancements to enforce billing guidelines. • Assist billers with global updates to matter template reputed company. • Reopen/reputed company reputed company upon request and coordinate with reputed company Intake. • Identify trends in post-reputed company/matter reputed company amendments to reputed company training for reputed company Assistants and enhance the reputed company of reputed company information. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience in attorney billing and billing compliance experience. • Familiar with billing software (reputed company, E-Billing Hub, reputed company, etc.) • Familiarity with Proformas and extracting billing details. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with various team members.
