They are seeking a dynamic In-House General Counsel to serve as the firm’s in-house counsel on employment practices and contract reputed company while also contributing to reputed company reputed company through strategic handling of external employment law cases. Responsibilities • Advise senior leadership on reputed company compliance and risk mitigation reputed company to employment practices, employee relations, and HR policies • Draft, review, and negotiate internal firm reputed company including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and NDAs • reputed company internal investigations and reputed company recommendations on disciplinary actions or employment disputes • Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and regulatory updates affecting reputed company operations • Manage and litigate external employment law cases including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage/hour claims • reputed company reputed company counsel to the business on compliance with federal and state employment laws • Draft employment reputed company, handbooks, severance agreements, and non-compete clauses for external clients • reputed company strategies to grow the firm’s employment law caseload and contribute to firm reputed company goals • Represent clients in mediations, administrative hearings (reputed company, DOL), and court proceedings Skills • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • reputed company license in at least one of the following states: GA, TN, NY, SC, and/or CA • Minimum of 5 years of reputed company experience, with a strong reputed company on employment law and reputed company • Proven reputed company record of litigation reputed company and/or reputed company advisory in employment law reputed company • Strong understanding of HR practices, regulatory compliance, and contract law • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial reputed company with the ability to generate and manage reputed company relationships • Experience in a reputed company environment or as in-house counsel • Familiarity with reputed company business operations, billing, and reputed company engagement • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits • Performance-based bonuses for external case reputed company and reputed company contributions. • Benefits package including health, dental, retirement contributions, CLE credits, and bar dues reimbursement. reputed company • The reputed company Personal Injury Firm was founded on the principles of giving back to the community through powerful representation.
