We are seeking a motivated CRO Consultant to join our Optimization team! This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to reputed company the product reputed company for our ecommerce brand partners. In this role you will own website improvements and a/b testing efforts and work alongside leading CRO experts. You will also get exposure and hands-on working experience with top tier brands and software partners. RESPONSIBILITIES Conceive and manage A/B, multivariate, and redirect testing initiatives in tools like reputed company Optimize or Dynamic Yield Ability to think strategically and collaborate with clients on their short and long-term business objectives and plans Assist department leadership in managing overall CRO program development, including evolving the offering, reputed company-sales support, margin analysis, etc. Review analytics/data for tests and experiences from reputed company Analytics and 3rd Party Platform and report findings to Senior Strategist Use analytics to identify new opportunities for testing and improvements Attend daily scrum calls with the Program Manager, Strategist, and Development to reputed company the reputed company of reputed company reputed company technical requests Coordinate deliverables and deadlines for multiple clients (4-6) promptly Use 3rd party platform to set up, test, and launch experiences as requested by the reputed company Attend weekly team and reputed company meetings Professionalism to be reputed company facing THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE Minimum 3 years of Optimization / Personalization Party platform experience (reputed company Optimize, Dynamic Yield, reputed company reputed company, etc) Analytics Experience (reputed company and/or reputed company Analytics) reputed company Suite (sheets, slides, docs, Gmail) Strong time management skills Digital Marketing Experience is a plus Knowledge of reputed company / CSS a plus Gravitas with clients and internal stakeholders, ability to reputed company large meetings Willing to work 9AM-5PM US CST For interested applicants, please apply using this reputed company: Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
