Web Developer / Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist Needed
Summary
We’re a fast-growing direct-to-consumer eyewear brand based in Australia, and we’re looking for an A-player Web Developer / CRO Specialist who knows e-commerce inside out.
Your mission is simple: make our Shopify site convert like crazy by implementing high-impact CRO improvements and design upgrades that align with our brand vision.

What You’ll Do
•Implement CRO strategies to increase AOV and CVR (goal: 6–7% CVR, $75+ AOV).
• Build gender-specific landing pages for Men and Women with premium design and integrated offers.
• Redesign product and collection pages to match or exceed top competitor standards.
• Add interactive fit tools, size charts, and visual examples to reduce friction and refunds.
• Optimize checkout and cart flow for simplicity and urgency.
• Create trust and urgency elements (badges, countdown timers, inventory indicators).
• Launch a dedicated product page for new product launches with persuasive copy and upsell sections.
• Ensure cohesive branding across fonts, buttons, and imagery for a premium feel.

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You
• Have proven experience with Shopify development and CRO for e-commerce brands.
• Understand conversion psychology and can implement data-driven design changes.
• Have used A/B testing software’s like Intelligence for efficient and easy testing.
• Can share specific examples of similar work for eyewear or fashion brands (not random projects).
• Communicate clearly and respond quickly.
• Can provide mockups or wireframes before implementation for approval.
• Are comfortable working with brand assets and guidelines.
