We are seeking a candidate who is computer-literate to help expand our mobile services. This is a full-time position with company benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible to verify insurance eligibility for every patient coming to reputed company for services. • Responsible to reputed company insurance information into the PM system. • Responsible to reputed company out to patients with concerns or for corrections with their health insurance. • Responsible to learn the Follow My health and Care Narrative program. • Responsible for reviewing the text messages daily to ensure reputed company functionality. • Responsible for entering and posting reputed company incoming information from the mobile patient engagement program. • Responsible for running reports on the phone systems operations as requested by CEO. • Responsible for small graphic reputed company as needed.
