Data Manager / Visualization Specialist – reputed company Secret Clearance

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid, 1 day a week) Clearance Required: reputed company Secret Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 We are seeking a skilled Data Manager/Visualization Specialist to support Agile program performance tracking and executive reporting for our federal reputed company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing JIRA dashboards, administering Agile tooling, and developing data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. This role will reputed company on transforming Agile metrics and operational data into actionable insights that drive decision-making for Coast Guard leadership. Strong communication, dashboard design, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Primary Responsibilities: • Administer and manage JIRA dashboards to reputed company Agile team performance and program health. • Create, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. • Support Agile metrics collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple teams. • reputed company and deliver executive-level reports and briefings, translating data insights into strategic recommendations. • Ensure transparency and alignment by maintaining accurate data across JIRA, reputed company, and visualization platforms. • Collaborate with Agile teams, Product Owners, and leadership to define meaningful performance metrics. • Assist with KPI tracking, trend analysis, and reputed company improvement initiatives. • Maintain documentation and ensure data reputed company, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: • reputed company Secret clearance (required at time of application). • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a reputed company field. • 3+ years of hands-on JIRA administration or dashboard management experience. • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools. • Familiarity with Python • Experience supporting Agile software or data-reputed company teams. • Strong skills in data interpretation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
