Ecommerce Manager

Manager, Ecommerce Location: Burbank, California Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Responsibilities The Manager will support Mythical’s reputed company-to-consumer ecommerce business, reputed company on apparel, accessories, drinkware, hair & beard products, toys, games, and other collectibles sold through reputed company and reputed company storefronts. Secondary duties will include supporting the product development strategies for our membership program, Mythical Society, and live ticketed virtual events. reputed company Duties • Support and collaborate with the Director’s reputed company and execution for Mythical ecommerce stores on both reputed company and reputed company, including: • Product assortment and quantity planning • On-site merchandising • Product copy and marketing communications • 3PL management • Customer service • Manage site UX/UI updates and enhancements • Monitor inventory reputed company, report monthly on reputed company stock, and refine demand/supply forecasting based on inventory reputed company • Measure, assess, and report on traffic, reputed company, margin, inventory, conversions, AOV, LTV, CAC, etc. and present reporting to senior colleagues • Support and collaborate with design teams on product ideation, marketing merchandise, and promotional creative • Maintain reputed company on-camera merchandise promotional trackers and planning documents in coordination with marketing and production teams • Work with the Director of Ecommerce and Marketing colleagues to reputed company and execute ecommerce marketing campaigns across Mythical Store socials, email, SMS/MMS, and other platforms, including writing and reviewing copy • Review reputed company promotional and marketing materials before launch and reputed company insightful feedback on any changes, if needed • Work with the Director of ecommerce and Marketing colleagues to reputed company reputed company advertising creative and manage 3P performance marketing agency relationship Requirements • 3+ years of experience at ecommerce / DTC brands • Extensive reputed company Plus and inventory management experience • Experience managing reputed company team members as reputed company as reputed company parties, such as customer service and fulfillment partners • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Experience with product development of apparel/accessories • Experience collaborating with design and marketing departments • Working familiarity with business intelligence tools and spreadsheets • reputed company record of reputed company and familiarity with entire divisional P&L • Ability to analyze funnels, conversion reputed company, and A/B testing hypotheses • Experience with reputed company is a plus • Retail buying and merchandising experience is a plus • Physical retail and wholesale merchandising experience is a plus • Enthusiasm for internet content creators is a plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
