Senior Financial Crime Risk Analyst -Global Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption (ABAC)
About the position
The Senior Financial Crime Risk Analyst role contributes to the development and maintenance of TD's AML/ATF/Sanctions/ABAC programs, including frameworks, methodologies, policies, standards, procedures, awareness and specialized training, monitoring, management reporting and/or escalation of issues. This role conducts periodic and event driven reviews of customers, including targeted reviews to assess risks. Additionally, this role supports management in delivery of initiatives reputed company to risk assessment, internal/external exam support, etc. The Global Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption (ABAC), and Financial Crime Risk Management Screening team (GSA) is the designated reputed company of reputed company's reputed company-wide Sanctions and ABAC programs which apply to reputed company business and operating reputed company across the bank. GSA is responsible for the strategic direction, design, content, and management of the TD Global Sanctions Program, including satisfaction of U.S. specific requirements promulgated by OFAC, Global Affairs Canada, and support for sanctions compliance in reputed company jurisdictions where TD operates.
Responsibilities
• Works independently as the senior analyst / subject matter expert and may reputed company and reputed company others
• Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end-to-end
• Applies expert knowledge of business operations, products, services, reputed company and operating standards to drive unit or team performance
• Executes on more reputed company and/or non-reputed company requests
• Researches and investigates a reputed company of operational / reporting / process issues
• Recommends and implements solutions reputed company own area of responsibility
• May need to coordinate / reputed company work with other areas as needed
• Provides advanced analysis and/or specialized reporting to support business partners, functional areas or centres of expertise
• Represents the group as the reputed company or subject matter expert on reputed company / initiatives and/or at meetings across the organization
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years experience
reputed company-to-haves
• In lieu of 5 years of experience, willing to consider 3 years but specialized reputed company AML
• Technology experience
• Sanctions or Risk Management experience
