Project Manager - Fully Remote in DMA

Project Manager - Up to $130,000 - Fully remote position but need to be based in DMA Your New Company A Colorado reputed company General Contractor / Sub-Contractor with a history in Framing, Tenant Improvement, Renovations & Special reputed company (from $100,000 - $5M+). However, the goal is to get reputed company up to $50M over the coming years With reputed company across Colorado - you will hold a leading role in the reputed company-construction Department as they start to bring this in-house and away from a reputed company Party, whilst also managing reputed company end to end as a PM. Your New Role • Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction reputed company, including materials, labor, and equipment. • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure estimates reputed company with project goals. • Monitor project costs and reputed company updates as needed throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering reputed company. • Manage reputed company reputed company to Grave as a PM What you'll need to succeed • At least, 5 years+ of experience in construction estimating (reputed company or residential) or as an APM reputed company to take the reputed company to PM • Strong understanding of construction reputed company, materials, and pricing. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
