The Individual & Family Plans (IFP) Financial Operational Risk Management Senior Advisor plays a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks across the IFP business. This role partners closely with leadership to support total medical cost management, population health strategies, and operational improvements across markets and geographies.
