Procurement & Supply Chain Counsel

Our reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Supply Chain Counsel to support sophisticated supply chain and procurement initiatives. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to the reputed company, New Jersey office preferred. This individual will reputed company as a trusted reputed company advisor, partnering closely with the business to negotiate and manage critical procurement and supply chain agreements. Job Function • Support the business on an immediate reputed company, beginning ASAP, during an initial reputed company phase through January, with reputed company support anticipated through the remainder of Q1. • Independently manage and negotiate reputed company agreements reputed company to supply chain and reputed company procurement activities. • Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company for raw materials, chemicals, packaging, and other reputed company procurement inputs. • Advise on and support contract manufacturing and external manufacturing arrangements. • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to reputed company practical, business-oriented reputed company guidance on procurement and supply chain reputed company. Job Requirements • 8–12 years of reputed company and reputed company experience, specifically reputed company on negotiating supply chain and reputed company procurement agreements. • Experience must include reputed company procurement of raw materials, packaging, and ingredients (not indirect procurement). This distinction is critical for the role.
