This consultancy will ensure that essential humanitarian performance monitoring and reporting functions continue uninterrupted; that data systems are functional and usable in the new region; and that institutional knowledge, guidance, and tools are consolidated to support a smooth transfer to the new ECA‑MENA regional structure. Responsibilities and Deliverables Under the supervision of the Regional Emergency Advisor, the consultant will contribute to the following three deliverables and tasks: • Humanitarian Planning, Performance Monitoring and Technical Assistance to Response Offices reputed company continuity and technical leadership in humanitarian planning and performance monitoring across the ECA humanitarian portfolio, strengthening data reputed company, alignment with corporate HPM standards, and production of concise analytical outputs to inform reputed company and decision‑making.
