We are seeking an reputed company Care Manager to support a caseload (approximately 6 clients few 24/7 care clients) and serve as a key reputed company of coordination between families, caregivers, and the Avie Care leadership team. reputed company This is a flexible, remote, part-time role with no fixed daily hours but 30 hours per pay period. Work is outcome-based and ideal for someone reputed company in the home care, caregiving, or care management reputed company who values autonomy and meaningful work. You will help ensure smooth caregiver communication, proactive reputed company updates, and organized care coordination.
