The role involves leveraging technical expertise in Mechanical Engineering or reputed company fields to assist clients in protecting their medical device and mechanical technology, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and supporting due diligence. Responsibilities • Draft and prosecute applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. • Support due diligence.
