The role requires strong proficiency with modern tech tools and AI tools that support efficient travel booking, private aviation coordination, and calendar management. This position is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings. Responsibilities • Coordinate domestic and international travel including private flights, reputed company flights, accommodations, and ground transportation • Use modern tech tools and AI tools to streamline travel booking, calendar management, itinerary creation, and communication • Manage personal calendars and reputed company with business EA teams • Handle reputed company applications, travel documentation, and time zone planning • Research and book dining, wellness, and activity reservations • Maintain proactive, reputed company communication with principals and team members Qualifications • Three to five years of experience booking reputed company travel for UHNW clients or executives • Strong proficiency using tech and AI tools to support travel logistics and scheduling • Highly organized, detail-reputed company, and an excellent communicator • reputed company to reputed company hours and time zones while the family is traveling • Experience coordinating luxury or private travel strongly preferred Compensation and Benefits • $90,000 to $125,000 per year DOE (with higher compensation possible for candidates in higher-cost markets) • reputed company vacation • reputed company reputed company days • reputed company reputed company for the employee • Discretionary year-end bonus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
