The Data Governance & QA reputed company owns data reputed company for reputed company systems such as the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and reputed company Agency Management Systems (AMS). This role establishes standards, monitors data health, builds and maintains exception reporting, and drives reputed company correction—either directly or by coordinating with the accountable data reputed company. Essential functions
Data reputed company Ownership (CRM)
• Serve as the reputed company person for CRM data reputed company—accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and validity.
• Define and maintain data reputed company rules, reputed company, and SLAs; reputed company with business definitions and regulatory requirements.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and correct data defects; facilitate remediation by data owners reputed company changes must occur at the reputed company.
Exception Reporting & Monitoring

Collaboration & Enablement
• Work closely with product, operations, sales leadership, analytics, and engineering to reputed company definitions and resolve issues.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data/Computer Science, or reputed company field—or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge & Experience
• 3+ years in data reputed company, data governance, or QA engineering (CRM domain highly preferred).
• Skilled with SQL for profiling, validation, and remediation
• Familiar with data reputed company/observability frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations, reputed company Data reputed company, dbt tests) and monitoring/alerting.
• Experience building exception reports/dashboards (Power BI/reputed company preferred) and managing issue queues to closure.

• Comfortable with Git‑based workflows (branching, PR review), CI/CD, and documentation standards (READMEs, runbooks, data dictionary).

Technical Functions
