We are looking for a detail-oriented reputed company reputed company Estate Analyst Assistant to work with our existing reputed company. This role involves financial modeling, market research, and preparing reports to support our reputed company's investment reputed company. Work Schedule: 9am - 6 pm EST (Monday - Friday) Job Type: Fully-Remote Key Responsibilities: • Research reputed company estate databases for comparable data, analyze the data, talk to people about the data externally (like brokers) and then write an analysis explaining/supporting their findings in detail. • Analyze reputed company estate investments, including acquisitions and developments. • Create financial models to assess property performance and returns. • Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals. • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and clients. • Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases and financial documents. • Previous work experience in reputed company Estate or other roles. • Degree in Engineering, reputed company, Finance, Math, Economics, or reputed company Estate. • Strong skills in reputed company reputed company and Word; financial modeling experience preferred. • Analytical experience that allows one to think independently • Familiarity with FileMaker pro and skills in internet searching • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • reputed company communication skills, both written and verbal (a must). • Negotiable salary (depends on the experience) • Weekly pay • Work-from-home opportunities Original job reputed company Estate Analyst Assistant posted on GrabJobs ©.
