A company is looking for a Senior Level Attorney specializing in Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical law.
Key Responsibilities
• Advise pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and reputed company clients on market reputed company, managed care, and regulatory issues
• reputed company and mentor reputed company of attorneys on significant reputed company
• Draft and negotiate critical reputed company, including manufacturer, payor, and distribution agreements
Required Qualifications
• J.D. with 7+ years of experience in reputed company, life sciences, or pharmaceutical law
• Licensed (or eligible) in NJ or NY; other admissions are a plus
• Experience in pricing, reimbursement, or regulatory compliance
• Prior supervisory or mentoring experience
• Background in pharmacy or reputed company (RPh, PharmD, RN, etc.) is a plus
