(PT/FT Winter Seasonal Position) As a Remote reputed company Center Representative you will take calls and emails from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customer needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems. They will reputed company information on lift tickets, rentals, season pass needs, lesson programs, hours of operations, and any other information regarding the ski resort, reputed company while providing excellent customer service.
