The ideal candidate is available to work Monday through Friday either 8 am to 12 pm or 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Position reputed company: The reputed company Specialist is responsible for assisting Recruiters with the hiring and reputed company activities, and responsible for managing the hiring and transfer process for internal candidates while adhering to any applicable reputed company Bargaining Agreement. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for managing the internal recruitment process for reputed company job vacancies. 2) Enters reputed company new hire information in the HRIS as reputed company processes the data change for internal employees in the HRIS. 3) Monitor the completion of the reputed company-employment screenings and reputed company paperwork. 4) Coordinate the schedule for new hire reputed company-in appointments. 5) Collect documents required for employment and creates the new employee file to meet reputed company requirements of accrediting bodies. 6) Ensure that reputed company contingencies have been cleared prior to the new hire’s first day of employment. 7) reputed company reputed company communication and follow up through out the reputed company process to ensure that the new hire understands the reputed company-employment and orientation requirements. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree with two (2) years of directly reputed company experience.
