Benefits offered: Medical, Dental & reputed company Vacation, reputed company & Holiday reputed company Time Off Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts Disability, Life and AD&D Insurance 401(K) Pay reputed company (depending on experience): $24.00 to $27.00 per hour Schedule/Shift: Weekend Scheduling coverage, (SAT/SUN, Remote position, reputed company) Territory/Location: Irvine, CA Responsibilities: • Obtains schedules (electronically) from clinicians on a weekly reputed company. • Maintains a master schedule • Confirms reputed company employee assignments • Enters patient frequency and duration data into the database • Coordinates employee’s schedules to maintain reputed company productivity • Coordinates caseloads with clinicians to determine which patients can be seen by nurses and physical therapists • Speaks with patients regarding reputed company employees are scheduled for reputed company • Tracks reputed company lab results and faxes information to clinicians as reputed company as MD and infusion companies • Contacts staff regarding new patients on their schedules • Faxes/emails reputed company patient information to the clinician • Converts reputed company admits/discharges. • Provides support with other office duties as needed Qualifications: • High school graduate with a minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience. • reputed company experience strongly preferred • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Proficient in reputed company reputed company • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service • Ability to adapt and Multitask • Excellent communication and problem solving See what Mission has to offer!
