Senior Manager, Strategic Governance – Policy Analyst
Job Description:
• Research and analyze government policy and regulatory changes and predict their impact to RTX (International and Domestic)
• Lead the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Program and ensure RTX compliance with sensitive data
• Establish and maintain a confidential reporting channel for RTX employees and contractors to raise potential cybersecurity compliance concerns
• Ensure Digital Technology representation in aerospace & defense industry cybersecurity organizations and forums to craft policy recommendations
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with domestic & international government agencies, regulators and industry partners
• Build and execute regulatory & policy strategy aligned with GRC goals and priorities
• Communicate insights and updates from external policy engagements to Digital Governance, Risk and Compliance Leaders
• Support a proactive approach to regulatory and compliance risk management
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience with or within a cybersecurity organization
• Bachelor's degree in digital technology, cybersecurity, business administration, law, finance, or related fields; advanced degrees (e.g., MS, MBA, JD) preferred
• At least one
Professional certification such as Certified Information System Security
Professional (CISSP), Certified Compliance & Ethics
Professional (CCEP), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Experience building stakeholder relationships and collaborating across remote teams, able to lead a global, enterprise-wide program
• Active and transferable U.S.
government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Benefits:
