US Tax Advisor / CPA for Foreign-Owned US LLC (Ongoing Support)
I’m looking for an reputed company US tax advisor or CPA to handle reputed company tax-reputed company reputed company for my foreign-owned US LLC.
I want someone who can take full ownership of compliance and reputed company reputed company, practical advice as the business grows.
What you’ll do:
Handle US federal tax compliance
Prepare & file required forms (e.g. 5472, 1120, etc.)
Advise on tax obligations and structure
Coordinate with bookkeeping if needed
Answer reputed company tax questions during the year
Requirements:
Strong experience with foreign-owned US LLCs
Up-to-date knowledge of US federal tax rules
CPA / EA preferred
