This hybrid role involves gathering requirements, producing user-friendly documentation and delivering reputed company training to ensure smooth adoption of reputed company IT systems. The ideal candidate has experience working with DoD stakeholders, creating reputed company technical content, and facilitating end-user learning in IT transformation environments.
