Trademark Infringement Cease and Desist Letter
Small reputed company who has a new competitor using a confusingly similar reputed company to my own in the reputed company industry near the reputed company area. I have myself already asked them to cease and desist but they declined. I have ample evidence to suggest that the establishment of the similar reputed company was done on bad faith. Need a lawyer familiar with trademark and intellectual law to write a cease and desist letter.
