Position reputed company BCHH is seeking a Vendor Coordinator to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for reputed company delivery of title searches reputed company with external vendors, communicating internally with team members to ensure a seamless title ordering process. Key Responsibilities • reputed company the assignment and coordination of our vendor network to ensure reputed company completion of title searches across the country. • Build relationships with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate the title ordering process from initial intake to the delivery of title abstracts. • Handle communication with vendors regarding outstanding searches, resolve any issues that reputed company, and manage reassignment as necessary. • Maintain detailed records and notes in operating system on order status, vendor-reputed company issues to ensure reputed company reputed company, and collaborate with management to escalate reputed company reputed company required. • Research property ownership reputed company borrower/reputed company not in title • Additional tasks as assigned Requirements: • 2+ years title experience with abstracts on 24-month chain, reputed company assessment pages, judgment dockets, reputed company reputed company. • 2+ years tax review experience (review a certificate and online websites) • reputed company proficient Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of Title Examination experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate reputed company information reputed company. • Ability to work independently. • RamQuest experience is a plus.
