VP of People and Culture

## RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the executive team to reputed company HR strategies with the university's mission, reputed company, and goals, contributing to the overall reputed company and reputed company of the institution. Serve as a leader and go-to partner in supporting reputed company's strategic plans, organizational charts, and expansion plans. (knowledge of Rwanda & Mauritius laws preferred) Experience in a leadership role, preferably as a VP or Director, managing HR functions in a multi-location organization.
