As a contractor with our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive group of professionals who share your commitment to excellence. **About the Role:** As a full stack customer service representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve their issues. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. **Schedule and Flexibility:** We understand that flexibility is key to a happy and productive work-life balance. As a contractor with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, within our client's hours of operation. You can choose to work full-time or part-time, depending on your availability and preferences. **Earnings and Revenue:** Your earnings will vary depending on the client you work with, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your revenue will be determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives may be available based on our and client minimum targets. **Must-Have Skills for Success:** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities: * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care * Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills * Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor * Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset * Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software **Technology and Equipment Requirements:** To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you will need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements: * Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets like iPads, Amazon Fire, Samsung Galaxy Tab, and Chromebooks are NOT permitted) * Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication * High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity (Mobile home internet and Satellite internet service is NOT supported by blithequark or ANY client) * Operating system of Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) * Windows Defender Anti-Virus Installed and Active (other versions for AppleOS may be accepted) * Smart phone needed for daily authentication **Work Environment Requirements:** To ensure a productive and distraction-free work environment, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Quiet and dedicated work area * No Background Noise **Unapproved Locations:** Please note that we do not support contractors from the following locations: * Alaska * California * Colorado * Connecticut * Delaware * Flagstaff, Arizona * Hawaii * Illinois * Michigan * Maine * Massachusetts * Maryland * Minneapolis, Minnesota * New Jersey * New York * Oregon * Rhode Island * St. Paul, Minnesota * Tucson, Arizona * Vermont * Virginia * Washington * Washington DC **Contractual Relationship:** As a contractor with blithequark, you will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with us. We will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with blithequark.
