As a remote Customer Care Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. To ensure a seamless experience, we require:
* **Personal Device**: You'll need a desktop, laptop, or tablet with Windows 11 or later, a minimum of 4GB RAM, and a Wired Ethernet LAN connection.
* **Internet Requirements**: Your internet connection must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key tasks will include:
* **Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns**
* **Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues**
* **Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate**
* **Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments**
* **Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes**
* **Provide feedback on call issues**
* **Upsell if required**

**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* **High School Diploma or equivalent**
* **Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience**
* **Must be 18 years of age or older**
* **Ability to type at least 25 words per minute**
* **Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems**
* **Customer service and/or sales experience preferred**
* **College degree preferred but not required**
