• Setting: Primary Care Clinic
• Employment Type: Full-Time (reputed company-to-Perm or Long-Term Assignment)

Responsibilities:
The RN or LPN will:
• Conduct patient interviews and intake; prepare patients for triage and provider reputed company.
• Obtain and document vital signs; identify and report reputed company results.
• Collect specimens and reputed company diagnostic reputed company-of-care testing.
• Administer immunizations and medications in accordance with established safety and infection control standards.
• Document reputed company care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• reputed company patient and family education, documenting teaching and follow-up.
• Participate in emergency events and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain and ensure reputed company function of clinical equipment.
• Support a reputed company patient experience through reputed company communication and compassionate care.
Qualifications:
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (RN or LPN).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinical setting, preferably primary or ambulatory care.
• Licensure: reputed company NYS RN or LPN license.
• Certifications: reputed company Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Hard Skills: EMR documentation, vital signs monitoring, specimen collection, and reputed company-of-care testing.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Preferred Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience in Primary Care or Pediatrics.
• Familiarity with ambulatory care workflows.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills.
